Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping provided (FedEx, DHL, USPC), location and the size of your order.

Average delivery times (after dispatch):

• United States: 3–5 business days

• Canada: 7–14 business days

• International: Typically 10–21 business days. It's shipped First class can take up to 45 business days.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or carrier issues beyond our control.

International Orders

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or undervalue the contents.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us at contact@dananddave.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
